Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using LAN Brain (the "Service") you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

LAN Brain is a platform that connects your work applications (email, calendar, storage, messaging, task managers, and others) to organize your information, remember your context, and return useful actions to you. The Service is offered in tiers for individuals and for teams or companies, with specific terms depending on the plan you contract.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use the Service. If you use it on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it to these Terms.

4. Account and credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us without delay of any unauthorized use.

5. Connection to third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (for example Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Notion, and others) through your explicit authorization. You are responsible for compliance with the terms of each third-party platform you connect. We are not responsible for interruptions or changes in those external services.

6. Payment

Plans with public pricing are paid at the start of the corresponding period. Custom plans are governed by the signed proposal. Failure to pay enables suspension or termination of the Service. Prices may change with at least 30 days' prior notice for active subscriptions.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for illegal activities, to infringe third-party rights, to send spam, malware, or harmful content, to extract data at scale without authorization, or to compete by reproducing our methodology or infrastructure.

8. Intellectual property

LAN Brain, its software, brand, content, and methodology are the property of LAN Ventures EAS and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the Service under these Terms. Your information remains yours.

9. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information with the same care it uses to protect its own, and at minimum with reasonable care.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LAN Ventures EAS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LAN Ventures EAS from third-party claims arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

You may terminate your subscription at any time from your account settings or by request via email. We may suspend or terminate the Service if you breach these Terms. Following termination, we retain the right to keep minimal records as required by law or for accounting purposes.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms. We will publish the current version on this page and, for material changes, notify you with at least 15 days' advance notice.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the city of Asunción, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
